WHAT WE STAND FOR

We are committed to the equal representation of people with disability in advertising, media and beyond and the use of empowering and inclusive imagery and messages.

We believe that the mainstream media is a powerful tool to stimulate cultural transformation for a world in which people with disability are recognised, respected and valued as equal citizens and unique individuals.

We also believe that including people with disability in advertising and media makes commercial sense and work with the advertising and media industries to promote the benefits of an ethos that embraces diversity and inclusion.

There are 4 million Australians living with disability – 1 in 5 of us – representing the largest minority group in our society, cutting across every other major demographic such as age, gender and race.
