Jason is a 21 year-old model who is committed to the representation of people with disability in mainstream advertising and media. He has said:
“For me, modeling is about helping the industry to accept a greater range of diversity, and representing a minority group that is extremely underrepresented. I’d personally love to see people living with disabilities become much more present in fashion, fitness, beauty, editorial and runway/catwalk jobs. After all, we still buy clothes, beauty products, cars, shoes and basically everything else an able-bodied individual buys.”
Jason has been in several advertising campaigns including for Public Transport Victoria as part of their Creative Evolution Campaign, and has been recently signed up by a major Australian Model Agency.
