Kmart Australia and Target Australia have been leading the way in disability inclusive advertising in Australia.
In this video, by Kmart and Target parent company Wesfarmers Limited with the participation of Starting With Julius, our Ambassador Emily Prior and her mum Jennifer talk about what it meant for Emily to be in a Target catalogue.
Catia Malaquias also explains why inclusive advertising matters and the role of Kmart and Target leading the way in Australia in this space.
We were thrilled to be part of this video and hope that it helps to place inclusive advertising more firmly on the corporate social responsibility agenda. We hope that other businesses in Australia take the lead of Kmart and Target in recognising the potential social impacts and the importance of adopting more inclusive advertising practices.
